The famous tourist Places in Bali

The famous tourist Places in Bali

Bali is an island that has beautiful scenery, surrounded by white sandy beaches (compare with the beach Ancol-Jakarta), has many temples and other historic buildings, so that the Balinese have a fascination for tourists, both domestic and foreign countries. Some say that in Bali we can meet people from any country in the world, French, American, Australian, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Arabic, basically all we see here. So do not feel confessed Indonesian nation, if you've never been overseas but have never been to Bali. People overseas is just jauh2 come to Bali, our time in the country that never even get there. What the world said? : D
There are several tourist attractions which are generally visited during a holiday in Bali:

 * Ground ZeroGround zero,

this is a monument to the first Bali bombing. There, emblazoned the names of the victims of Bali bomb, you will see this monument on the way to Kuta beach. Hopefully, no more chaos in Bali, because of information we can from the residents there, tourism in Bali was devastated by the first and second Bali bombing. Foreign tourist arrivals decreased drastically, and many employers out of business. Whereas the majority of Balinese people depend on tourism business.

* Kuta Beach Road

Along the road to Kuta beach there is a row of bars, restaurants, hotels and shops that sell clothing, paintings, art, etc.. But JalanJajanHemat advised to buy oleh2 in other areas because the actual target buyers in the region are foreign tourists. Prices of goods can be said here is quite high. Why? Because rental shops in this area is very high price ..

  Kuta Beach

Kuta Beach. It is mandatory for the tourist beaches. This beach has good waves, so a lot of surfers play on this beach. This beach is occupied by many foreigners, they are generally swimming, sunbathing, surfing, running along the beach. To get into this area is free of charge, most just parking fee only. On this beach, you'll find vendors massage services, hair braiding, temporary tattoos, rental chairs, well there just hectic. If you are only a short vacation but want to feel this beach, enjoy some time alone, remember we want a holiday right? It's not going to swim ...: D

* Hardrock hotel

Hardrock Hotel, in this place you can swim in the pool a large and comfortable. Warm water pool are pretty, so do not worry if you swim into the night. In the middle of the pond there is a sandy area, is quite unique, because the sand is very clean and does not make a dirty pond. There are waterfalls, there are children who completed slide pool, and even mounted projector screens that broadcast the film. Dressing room was nice, towels, soap all available complete. But the swimming pool entrance ticket prices quite expensive here, 100 thousand per person. Beside the pool, here too there is a spa, gym, cafe, even a hard rock radio bali lho in it, we can see they're on air.

In general, the package tour will incorporate the sights below into a package that is: Tanjung Benoa, the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Dream land beach, Uluwatu temple and ate last night while seeing the sunset at Jimbaran.

 * Tanjung Benoa.

On this beach we can do a lot of water sports, such as jetsky, parasailing (parachute pulled by a speedboat), banana boat, flying fish (I thought this game was casual, but after seeing first hand how his game, wauw .. very exciting), diving, glass bottom boat. You can rent boats at the bottom of the glass is installed so that can see into the water. Be careful when renting, the price of an existing price list that can be bargained like crazy. Luckily I had time before leaving for browsing and searching for information such permainan2 price. Here are some prices that I can get on the interne.

  * Parasailing: Rp 55,000 / person

* Banana Boat: Rp 50,000 / person (min 2 pax)

* Flying Fish: Rp 120,000 / person (min 2 pax)

* Water skiing: Rp 110,000 / pax, 15 minutes

* Snorkeling: Rp 90,000 / pax (min 2 pax)

* Diving: USD 235 000 / pax

* Glass bottom boat: Rp 250,000 / boat (max 10 pax)

* Dolphin Tour: Rp 500,000 / person / 4 hours

Cape BenoaWaktu i asked to one operator, for the glass bottom boat rental charged Rp 500,000 / boat, luckily I already knew this harga2 before, after bargaining eventually fall in price of Rp 250,000 / boat. Using these boats, we can look to the sea bottom, feeding fish with bread that has been provided and also once visited the place of breeding turtles (there are some places). There we can pose with the animals such as snakes, birds, bats and turtles of course. On the island there are also craft-craft, is also selling young coconuts to eliminate hunger. Entrance to the island bears the cost of Rp 2,000 / org which is said to maintenance of the animals there. JJH recommend this place ..
Operators we use: Benoa Marine Recreation (BMR Dive & Water Sport), Jl Pratama No. 99X, phone: (0361) 771 757

  * Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK).

Being in the Jimbaran area, southern island of Bali, will be built here in the form of a large statue of the god Vishnu, who was sitting on an eagle. When in July 2008, the giant statue, designed by I Nyoman Nuarta are still separated, the statue of the god Vishnu, and also hand and eagle statues god Vishnu. This statue will become a symbol like the Statue of Liberty in America. Its location on the hill, just beautiful scenery there. GWK is also equipped with an area for theatrical dance performance featuring sendra (depending on show schedule). At the entrance, greeted by Balinese music that accompanied the two men that welcomes guests of Balinese dancers. Not to miss in the pedestal, there are several shops, food stalls and even the factory outlet (where the idol of mothers). Several tour operators make the pedestal location for afternoon dining while enjoying the sunset. Entrance Rp 15,000 / person + car USD $ 5000. Rather expensive to get into this place, but if this statue had become, then this place would be 'the place shall be visited'.

   * Beach Dreamland..

Being one direction with its pedestal, where it is seen being built five-star hotels and resorts. This area had 'worked' by Tommy Suharto, but abandoned after the New Order regime collapsed. This beach looks more clean than Kuta beach, and more foreign tourists than local tourists. But I think far enough distance to be traveled to reach this shore and somewhat remote location. (Or maybe it is sought after by foreign tourists?). If later on hotel and resort project is completed, it would be more crowded this beach is visited. To get into this area, are charged only for vehicle parking only Rp 2,000 for the car. According to JJH, if you do not like swimming should not need to go to this place.

 * Pura Uluwatu Luhur Uluwatu Pura sublime

 This temple is located in the most western tip of the peninsula hills, that's why is called the mean edge and Ulu watu, which means stone. This temple is above the rocks that jutted into the sea. The view from here luaaarrr biaasaa .. JJH recommend this place. Before entering the site, each visitor was asked to wear a scarf (and plus fabric for the use of short pants) as a tribute to ancestors who were in those locations. This temple is surrounded by forest in which there are reputedly the monkeys are loyal followers of the reverend who was assigned to guard the sacred temple Uluwatu sublime. Be careful with your luggage: hat, sunglasses, camera, necklace, earrings are advised to be stored in a safe place. Because monkeys are sometimes fraudulent and took the goods from the hands of tourists. Many of taken branches to be taken in order to avoid the cruel hands of the monkey, but remember not to disturb / harm the monkeys. There also exist kecak dance (with additional cost) which is located on the edge of the cliff. Well anyway it will sound decakan admiration of every visitor who comes here. For tickets go to this location is only Rp 3000 alone.

Now for the next tour packages, usually combined between Tanah Lot, Bedugul, Taman Ayun (there is also combining with Kintamani), and if we rent a car can also be directed to Ubud, Celuk, Sukowati Market.

 * Tanah Lot.

This place is located in Beraban Village, 13 kilometers west of Tabanan. This is one tourist spot visited by JJH mandatory. There are two temples, one located above the boulder, and the other located on the cliffs. When the water receded, we can walk across to the temple which was in the middle of the beach, but should not be entered except to pray. Below the cliffs there are areas of the sacred serpent. The legend says that the snake came from the founder of the temple veil, Danghyang Nirarta as temple guards. Many who like to enjoy the sunset at this place .. If dipikir2 in Bali were more places to Sunset huh? :) Tickets go into this place is USD 7500 / adults and Rp 5,000 / children, while for foreign tourists USD. 10 000 / person.

  * Bedugul.

This place is located on the hill, so the temperature there is very cool, 18 degrees celcius lho (like in Lembang, Bandung). There are also lake Beratan, you have two choices, get off at the dock (usually the local tourist group), then did tours around the temple Ulundanu water, or a direct visit to the temple Ulundanu, and see the lake (usually made of individual tourists or foreign tourists) . JJH recommended to enter into the temple area Ulundanu, because we can enjoy the scenery more beautiful. Entrance fee of Rp 7500 to Rp 10,000 for domestic and foreign tourists.

 Pura Taman Ayun.

Pura which means "Beautiful Garden" is located in the village of Mengwi, Badung. This temple is surrounded by a small ditch which is said to frequently traveled by the handmaidens of the palace with a small boat. In the center there is a fountain monument that led to the 9 eyes in the wind. There is a tower that is bale kul-kul, where you can climb onto it, and saw the sights around the site easily. Admission price of Rp 3,000 / person. But sorry, according JJH this place is not too special.

* Craftsmen in Bali statues

If you like art objects, you may want to visit Tohpati (batik), Celuk (silversmiths), Batuan (painting), Kemenuh (wood sculptor), Ubud Art Market (Blanco Renaissance Museum). And also if you noticed a lot of craftsmen in Bali, Buddhist statues, but there's beraga Hindu? We ask the driver JJH tour guide at the same time, the craftsmen are coming from outside Bali, and because of the many foreign visitors are attracted by a statue of Buddha, the craftsmen are mushrooming in Bali.
